Why Napa needs a specialist

Napa County Airport (APC) has a longest runway of 5,930 feet and no U.S. Customs facility. Many turboprops, light jets and midsize jets use APC well. Larger jets can be conditional at Napa, and some heavy and ultra-long-range trips belong at Oakland (OAK) or San Francisco (SFO). AIR NAPA starts with that honesty, then confirms the airport with the operator for your exact aircraft, load and date before anything is quoted.

How a request works

Send a request with your route, dates and passenger count. AIR NAPA sources options from properly licensed direct air carriers, then discloses the operating carrier, the capacity in which AIR NAPA is acting, and the total cost before any contract. Nothing is confirmed until you have accepted a written charter agreement supported by a binding commitment from the carrier.

Request a flight, not a booking. Submitting this form is a request for options only. No flight, aircraft, operator, or time is confirmed, and no contract exists, until AIR NAPA has disclosed the operating carrier and the other information required before contract and you have accepted a written charter agreement supported by a binding commitment from that carrier.
