Experiences

Coordination around the flight, offered honestly: what AIR NAPA can arrange, and what belongs to independent providers.

Please note: AIR NAPA is an air charter broker. AIR NAPA is not a direct air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier and is not in operational control of any aircraft. All air service advertised by AIR NAPA will be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier, which will be in operational control of the aircraft at all times.

Ground transportation, accommodation, dining, and other concierge arrangements, where offered, are provided by independent third parties, not by AIR NAPA or by the operating air carrier, unless your agreement states otherwise in writing. AIR NAPA does not claim access to any private estate, winery, or venue without that venue's authorisation.

Aviation experiences

Scenic helicopter flight requests and special-occasion flight requests, subject to operator authorisation and landing permission.

Ground transportation

Referrals to qualified chauffeur and ground transportation providers, coordinated around your arrival.

Stays and hospitality

Coordination requests connected to your stay. AIR NAPA claims access to a property only where that property has authorised it.

Custom coordination

Multi-part trip coordination for groups, weddings and corporate travel, within actual service capabilities.

Experience categories on this page describe services AIR NAPA can help coordinate on request. They are not a catalogue of included access, and no estate, winery or venue access is implied without that venue's authorisation.
