AIR NAPA is building a small, verified partner network. No partner is named on this site until qualification is complete and an agreement is documented.

Please note: AIR NAPA is an air charter broker. AIR NAPA is not a direct air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier and is not in operational control of any aircraft. All air service advertised by AIR NAPA will be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier, which will be in operational control of the aircraft at all times.

Private jet operators, helicopter operators, aircraft management companies, luxury hotels, villa and estate managers, concierge professionals and travel advisors serving Napa Valley.

Operator qualification

Qualification is document-based, not logo-based. Before an operator can be sourced for a client flight, AIR NAPA records: legal company identity and all trading names; FAA Air Carrier or Operating Certificate under Part 119 authorising Part 135 operations; current Operations Specifications including the D-085 aircraft list; DOT economic authority evidence; insurance certificates; any safety audit status actually held, with evidence; commercial terms in writing; and a verification log with dates. Per flight, AIR NAPA re-confirms the named operator, the specific aircraft and tail number on the current D-085, airport suitability, total cost build-up and a binding commitment from the carrier.

Partner records move through plain stages: Potential, Under Review, Verified, Approved, Active, Suspended. Publication of any offer requires review and approval first.
