Napa Valley

Please note: AIR NAPA is an air charter broker. AIR NAPA is not a direct air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier and is not in operational control of any aircraft. All air service advertised by AIR NAPA will be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier, which will be in operational control of the aircraft at all times.

Napa Valley is AIR NAPA's home market and the reason the service exists. The local knowledge that matters is practical: which airport fits your aircraft, what harvest season does to availability, how long the ground drive really is from each airport, and which FBO is handling your arrival.

Choosing your arrival airport

Napa County Airport (APC) is the closest arrival and works routinely for turboprops, very light and light jets, and most midsize jets. Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS) helps for Sonoma-side stays. Oakland (OAK) and San Francisco (SFO) take the heavy, ultra-long-range and international missions that APC cannot, because APC has no U.S. Customs and a 5,930-foot longest runway.

Ground truth

The flight is half the trip. From APC, up-valley drives still take time; from OAK or SFO, materially longer. AIR NAPA plans ground transfers as a separate, clearly disclosed part of the trip, through independent providers, and never presents a third-party facility as its own.

Ground transportation, accommodation, dining, and other concierge arrangements, where offered, are provided by independent third parties, not by AIR NAPA or by the operating air carrier, unless your agreement states otherwise in writing. AIR NAPA does not claim access to any private estate, winery, or venue without that venue's authorisation.
