What we collect

When you submit a flight request or a contact or partner inquiry, we collect the details you provide: route, dates, passenger count, preferences and special requirements, plus your name, email, phone and preferred contact method. We collect only what is needed to source options and respond.

How it is used

To source options from properly licensed direct air carriers, to give the disclosures required before contract, to manage the inquiry in our client system, and, only with your consent, to send alerts about verified opportunities matching your stated preferences.

Sharing

Trip details are shared with a prospective operating carrier only as needed to source and confirm your flight, and the carrier is disclosed to you before contract. Client identities are never published. Travel information is treated as sensitive and is not sold.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the inquiry, any resulting contract, and legal record duties, with access limited by role. Transport is encrypted and administrative access requires multi-factor authentication once live systems are enabled.

Your choices

You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted subject to legal record duties, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact AIR NAPA through the Contact page.
