About AIR NAPA

Please note: AIR NAPA is an air charter broker. AIR NAPA is not a direct air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier and is not in operational control of any aircraft. All air service advertised by AIR NAPA will be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier, which will be in operational control of the aircraft at all times.

The model

AIR NAPA is an asset-light concierge and charter sourcing service. It owns no aircraft and operates no flights. It takes a traveller's request, sources options from properly licensed direct air carriers, verifies the operator for the specific flight, and discloses the operating carrier, its own capacity, and the total cost before any contract. That disclosure model follows the U.S. Department of Transportation air charter broker rules at 14 CFR Part 295.

What AIR NAPA will not do

Claim to be an aircraft operator, or imply a fleet.
Publish prices, flight times, testimonials, partnerships or availability that have not been verified.
Sell individual seats. Whole-aircraft, single-entity charter only.
Promise a landing, an aircraft or a time before the operating carrier has committed to it.

Why Napa only

Regional knowledge is the product: APC against STS against OAK and SFO, FBO choice, ground time, and the difference between what a brochure says an aircraft can do and what an operator will confirm for your date. A national service can quote Napa. AIR NAPA exists to get Napa right.
