This site is operated by AIR NAPA. These terms govern use of this website.

1. Role

AIR NAPA is an air charter broker. AIR NAPA is not a direct air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier and is not in operational control of any aircraft. All air service advertised by AIR NAPA will be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier, which will be in operational control of the aircraft at all times.

2. Inquiries only

Request a flight, not a booking. Submitting this form is a request for options only. No flight, aircraft, operator, or time is confirmed, and no contract exists, until AIR NAPA has disclosed the operating carrier and the other information required before contract and you have accepted a written charter agreement supported by a binding commitment from that carrier. Use of this website does not create a charter contract.

3. Accuracy of information

Aircraft categories, airport information and guides on this site are educational. Operational decisions rest on the operating carrier's confirmation for the specific aircraft, load, weather and date, and on current FAA publications.

4. Offers

Empty-leg and opportunity listings are published only with operator confirmation, a timestamp and an expiry, and are withdrawn when expired or withdrawn by the operator. A listing is an invitation to request, not a confirmed booking.

5. Third parties

Ground transportation, accommodation, dining, and other concierge arrangements, where offered, are provided by independent third parties, not by AIR NAPA or by the operating air carrier, unless your agreement states otherwise in writing. AIR NAPA does not claim access to any private estate, winery, or venue without that venue's authorisation.

6. Changes

These terms and the Charter Disclosures may be updated. The version in your written charter agreement governs your flight.
