How Charter Operators Are Verified

Please note: AIR NAPA is an air charter broker. AIR NAPA is not a direct air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier and is not in operational control of any aircraft. All air service advertised by AIR NAPA will be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier, which will be in operational control of the aircraft at all times.

Verification is document-based. The core documents are the operator's FAA Air Carrier or Operating Certificate authorising Part 135 operations, its current Operations Specifications including the D-085 list of authorised aircraft by registration and serial number, evidence of DOT economic authority, and insurance certificates.

Two cautions matter. First, the FAA public operator list is a cross-check, never the only check: it has had documented accuracy problems, so the operator-supplied certificate and current D-085 control. Second, verification is per flight, because aircraft move on and off fleets. Third-party audit reports, where an operator holds them, supplement the documents. They never replace them.

Aircraft types, cabin images, capacities, and ranges shown on this site are examples for education only. They do not represent aircraft owned by AIR NAPA, aircraft guaranteed to be available, or the specific aircraft that will operate any flight. The operating carrier and, where confirmed, the specific aircraft for your flight will be disclosed before contract.
