How Private Jet Charter Works
Please note: AIR NAPA is an air charter broker. AIR NAPA is not a direct air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier and is not in operational control of any aircraft. All air service advertised by AIR NAPA will be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier, which will be in operational control of the aircraft at all times.
Charter starts with a request, not a booking. You describe the trip: route, dates, passengers, baggage and any special needs. A broker such as AIR NAPA sources options from properly licensed direct air carriers, meaning the companies that actually hold the FAA certificate, employ the crew and have operational control of the aircraft.
Before any contract, you are told who the operating carrier is, in what capacity the broker is acting, and the total cost. Only when you accept a written charter agreement, supported by a binding commitment from that carrier, is anything confirmed. That sequence is not a courtesy: it follows the U.S. Department of Transportation broker rules at 14 CFR Part 295.
Aircraft types, cabin images, capacities, and ranges shown on this site are examples for education only. They do not represent aircraft owned by AIR NAPA, aircraft guaranteed to be available, or the specific aircraft that will operate any flight. The operating carrier and, where confirmed, the specific aircraft for your flight will be disclosed before contract.
