Understanding Empty Legs

Please note: AIR NAPA is an air charter broker. AIR NAPA is not a direct air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier and is not in operational control of any aircraft. All air service advertised by AIR NAPA will be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier, which will be in operational control of the aircraft at all times.

An empty leg exists because another customer's confirmed flight requires the aircraft to reposition empty. The operator may offer that repositioning flight for whole-aircraft charter. Because it depends on the underlying flight, it can change time, change routing or be cancelled if that flight changes, even after you have asked about it.

A trustworthy listing names the operator, route, departure window, aircraft category, capacity, price basis, timestamp, restrictions and expiry, and disappears when it expires. A listing with an invented regular price and a dramatic discount percentage is marketing, not information. AIR NAPA publishes no empty leg without operator confirmation.

Aircraft types, cabin images, capacities, and ranges shown on this site are examples for education only. They do not represent aircraft owned by AIR NAPA, aircraft guaranteed to be available, or the specific aircraft that will operate any flight. The operating carrier and, where confirmed, the specific aircraft for your flight will be disclosed before contract.
