What Affects the Price of a Charter Flight

Please note: AIR NAPA is an air charter broker. AIR NAPA is not a direct air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier and is not in operational control of any aircraft. All air service advertised by AIR NAPA will be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier, which will be in operational control of the aircraft at all times.

A charter quote is built for one trip, which is why honest services do not publish price lists. Drivers include aircraft category and size, how far the aircraft must reposition to reach you, flight time and any waiting or overnight requirements, airport and FBO fees, catering and ground handling you request, and government charges including federal excise tax and segment fees on taxable domestic transportation.

Before contract, the total cost paid by or through the broker must be disclosed, including broker and carrier fees and government taxes and fees, along with any fees you pay directly to third parties. If a quote does not show a total, ask for one.

Aircraft types, cabin images, capacities, and ranges shown on this site are examples for education only. They do not represent aircraft owned by AIR NAPA, aircraft guaranteed to be available, or the specific aircraft that will operate any flight. The operating carrier and, where confirmed, the specific aircraft for your flight will be disclosed before contract.
